POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

ATTITUDE: The philosophy of Eagle Office Products is to provide the highest quality service and products to our customers at a fair and reasonable price.All customers will be treated with courtesy and respect.

The employees of Eagle Office Products & Printing are committed to following the Constitutional laws of the City, County, State, and Federal governments. We practice Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). We expect our customers, vendors, and contractors to do the same.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES: Eagle Office Products & Printing offers thousands of items, most for next-business-day delivery, in the areas of Office Supplies, Printing, Furniture, Janitorial & Safety Supplies, Breakroom/Snacks/Coffee, Promotional Products/Awards, and much more. Our printed and online catalogs are a great reference but are by no means complete. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please call for assistance.
PRICING: We work diligently to keep our process competitive. Each customer may be assigned different pricing programs that are influenced by the type of business (private sector, non-profit, government), by purchasing volume history, by our cost, and by market conditions. If you see a price that appears out of line, please contact your account manager or customer service.

PRICE QUOTES: Verbal quotes are non-binding. Unless otherwise indicated, quotes are valid for the lesser of 30 calendar days, the end of the calendar quarter, or the end of the rebate/promotion period on included items.

ORDER ENTRY: There are many different methods of placing your order. Orders can be phoned in, entered directly on our website, faxed, and emailed. We request that when sending in orders to us, please find as many part numbers as possible. It will help prevent order errors. If you need help finding an item in the catalog please call customer service. All items sold will only be sold by manufacturers’standard package quantities. We offer website training if needed. Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. CST will receive next-business-day service. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CCST, on weekends, andholidays might be delayed a day.

BACKORDERS:
Try, as we may there will always be backorders. A backorder is when an item ordered by you is not available to us to deliver with your original order. Your invoice will show a blank in the shipped column next to the item back-ordered. You will be billed for the back-ordered items when they areshipped. If an item has an extended out-of-stock status or is discontinued, customer service will attempt to find a comparable product for you.

RETURNS: Eagle Office Products & Printing has a 30-day from the date of delivery return policy. Items returned over 30 days will not receive credit. Almost any product purchased from us may be returned for full credit as long as it is in its original packaging, in resalable condition, within thirty days of the delivery date. If an item is to be returned please use the online return form or send a copy of the invoice along with the product. We will pick up your return the next time the driver makes a delivery in your area. If the product is located outside of our regular delivery area, return shipping charges may apply.

Once we have received the product and inspected, a credit will be issued to your account. We do not allow returns on the following items: food and beverages, medicine/first-aid items, special order items, shortages not called in within 7 days, assembled furniture,ink/toner cartridges, and special order furniture. In demand items purchased during a pandemic, civil emergency,or civil unrest are not eligible for return/refund. Other selectitems may be designated as non-returnable on our webstore. Items not returned in their original packaging, may not receive credit.

PAYMENT: We offer several types of payment; cash, check, credit card, and terms. All invoices are due within 30 days from the invoice date. If you choose to pay by statement please submit payment within 10 days. Any account that has a check returned for any reason will be subject to a $50.00 fee. Any account that goes 16 days past due may be subject to a finance charge of 1 ½ % (18% per annum). Any other payment terms requested will have to be approved in advance by management.

DELIVERY:
We offer free, next-business-day delivery on most items ordered before 5:00PM Central Time. If you need something by a specific time please call customer service. We will attempt to route the drivers to meet your needs. A specific scheduled delivery cannot be guaranteed but will be attempted. If there is an item broken or missing from your order and it is not noted on your packing slip please notify Eagle immediately. Our regular delivery area is approximately 50 miles from our office in Round Rock, TX. This includes most of Williamson and Travis counties as well as some of Bell County. Shipping charges apply to small orders, heavy items, furniture, and some other situations. Shipping charges will apply to special orders and custom items where we incur incoming freight.

FURNITURE: Case good furniture will be delivered as soon as it arrives. All assembled furniture will be scheduled for delivery. We will contact you to set a delivery date. On small furniture deliveries, where there are no stairs or removal of old furniture, there is no extra charge (in most cases). Major installs will require an assessment to determine installation charges. Assembled furniture is considered a final sale and is non-refundable and non-returnable. Our employees are not allowed to remove or handle any type of electrical equipment. Additionally, they are not allowed to remove any structure that may interfere with the delivery (i.e. doors, stair rails, fixed wall shelves, etc). If your merchandise requires a stair carry, there will be an additional charge. Please notify your sales representative for a quote before ordering. Mounting boards or surfaces will always be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact your account manager or customer service.

PRINTING and GRAPHIC DESIGN: Eagle Office Products & Printing will always require proof approval before sending a job to press. After approval, the customer is liable for any fees or charges incurred for printing charges, subsequent changes or errors found, and for the finished product. Any item designed or layout setup by Eagle Office Products & Printing or a designee on behalf of Eagle Office Products & Printing is the property of Eagle Office Products & Printing unless specifically released or sold to the customer.

CHANGES TO POLICY: Eagle Office Products & Printing reserves the right to amend or change any of the aforementioned policies at any time. Changes to, or lack of compliance of, any policy does not negate or diminish the merit of the remainder of the policies. Each policy stands on its own merit. Changes may be before this document is updated. Official Company Policy will prevail.
